1. Strategic Team Formation: Adopt a strategic approach by creating specialized teams for different formats of the game (T20, 50 overs, and Test cricket) to maximize performance. Identify players who excel in specific formats and build teams accordingly.

2. Balancing Experience and Youth: Yes we do have some legend like Kohli who will fit in to all these 3 formats and so is Gill who has proved his mettle.

While phasing out older players, strike a balance by including young and talented players who have proven their skills. Players like Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ruturaj Gaikwad,Tilakvarma,,Jitender Sharma, Rinku Singh, Sai Sudharsan, and Rajat Patidar, who are waiting for opportunities, can be considered for selection.

3. Scouting Process: Establish a board absolute accomplished chief cricketers like Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Dilip Vengsarkar, Mohinder Amarnath, Sourav Ganguly, and Sachin Tendulkar to oversee the scouting process.Their expertise and insights can help identify and nurture promising talent across the country.
